1. Age Verification & Sale of Alcohol

Bourbonskoch does not sell alcohol to persons under the age of 21. By accessing this website, placing an order, or creating an account, you explicitly affirm that you are at least 21 years of age.

All shipments containing alcoholic beverages require an adult signature (21 or older) with a valid government-issued photo ID upon delivery. Under no circumstances will packages containing alcohol be delivered without an adult signature or left unattended.

2. Carrier Regulations & Shipping Terms

Per federal law, alcohol cannot be shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). All orders are shipped via licensed, private commercial carriers.

If a shipment is returned to our facility due to failed delivery attempts, absence of an adult over 21 to sign, or incorrect address information provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs and restocking fees.
